Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales concluded on www.lapaletteduparfumeur.com between La Palette du Parfumeur, SARL, SIRET 979 627 080 00018, 16 rue Charles de Gaulle, 57950 Montigny-lès-Metz (the “Seller”), and any person making a purchase (the “Customer”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products
The products offered are eaux de parfum, scented mists and sets. Their essential characteristics (olfactory notes, volume) are shown on each product page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value.

3. Ordering
The Customer selects their products, checks their cart, then confirms their order after entering their details and making payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to them.

4. Prices and shipping costs
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Delivery is free in France. For other destinations, shipping costs are shown in our shipping policy and displayed before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, using the methods offered at checkout (including bank card). Payments are processed by secure providers; the Seller never has access to the Customer's full banking details.

6. Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after the order, the Customer is informed and fully refunded within 14 days.

7. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are described in our shipping policy.

8. Returns and refunds
The Customer has 30 days from receipt to return a product, under the conditions described in our returns and refund policy. For hygiene reasons, products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

9. Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Retention of title
Products remain the property of the Seller until the price has been paid in full.

11. Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Seller at contact@lapaletteduparfumeur.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
