Shipping policy

Shipping costs
France: free delivery on all orders.
European Union: €22 per order.
Rest of the world: €29 per order.
Shipping costs are always shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery methods and times
Orders are shipped by Colissimo with signature:
France: up to 5 working days
Europe: up to 10 working days
Rest of the world: up to 30 working days (we may also use DHL when Colissimo is not available)

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. These times are indicative. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it is confirmed.

We do not deliver to hotels or PO boxes.

Order tracking
You receive an email at every stage of your order. As soon as it ships, we send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the carrier's website. This information is also available in your customer account.

If you are not home at delivery
If you are not home, the carrier leaves a notice. Simply follow its instructions to collect your parcel or arrange a new delivery.

Receiving your parcel
Check the condition of your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, tell the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at contact@lapaletteduparfumeur.com with photos: we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Your invoice is available from your order confirmation email.
