Refund policy

Return period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to give a reason. This period goes beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period provided by Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Return conditions
For hygiene reasons, and in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, only unopened products in their original sealed packaging and in perfect resalable condition can be returned. Opened or unsealed bottles cannot be taken back or refunded.

Return procedure
1. Email contact@lapaletteduparfumeur.com with your order number and the product(s) concerned.
2. We reply within 48 working hours with return instructions.
3. Send the parcel back to the address provided, within 14 days of your request.

Return shipping costs are covered by La Palette du Parfumeur.

Refund
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request, using the same payment method as for the order. As permitted by law, we may defer the refund until we have received the returned products.

Damaged product or order error
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
