RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen days from the date of receipt to return ordered products for a refund without having to provide a reason. Products must be returned to LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), properly sealed, and accompanied by the signed return form, following the procedure described below, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued using the same bank card used by the Customer for the initial transaction within a maximum of thirty (30) days, subject to compliance with the aforementioned conditions.
