They also aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products by the seller to the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR of products offered on its Website.
By visiting or ordering a product or service on the Site, the Customer fully and completely accepts these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The Customer will be informed of any changes on the website.

- FORMATION OF CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
3.1. Product Characteristics
In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may, prior to placing an order, consult the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to order on the LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR website.
The descriptions of the products offered for sale are given for informational purposes only and are not binding on the seller.
In the event of a product modification by a supplier, the graphic representation of the product does not affect the seller's liability or the validity of the sale.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to modify the product range according to the constraints of its suppliers.
3.2. Order
All orders imply acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The Customer's order must be confirmed by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR, by email no later than the time of delivery or, failing that, to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
The sale will only be considered final by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR after receipt of full payment.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR does not intend to sell the Site's products to professionals, but only to consumers or non-professionals for their personal use. LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to refuse orders if an identical product is ordered in an abnormal quantity.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR recommends that the Customer keep this information on paper or electronic media.
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
3.3. Pricing
The online sales prices of products on LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR indicated in euros are those in effect at the time of registration of the order form by the Customer on the Site.
Delivery charges are not included and may be added to the price of the products purchased, depending on the order total. Delivery charges will be displayed before the customer confirms the order if free delivery is offered.
Prices include value added tax (VAT) where applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR may change the selling prices of its products at any time. The customer will be notified of any such change before placing an order.
3.4. Product Availability
The products on the Website are available for sale in all countries, but LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Products are available on the Website while stocks last.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR cannot be held responsible if certain countries impose restrictions on the import of perfume products. It is the Customer's responsibility to be aware of and understand these restrictions before placing an order on the Website.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is brought to its attention that a particular country has problems related to the importation of perfumery products.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or legal problems related to non-payment of a previous order.
If certain products are out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the website. The customer will be notified by email as soon as the product is back in stock.
In the unlikely event that the ordered products are not in stock but still available on the website, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The customer will then have the option of receiving a refund or placing a new order for the product. The customer will be refunded any sums already paid within thirty (30) business days from the date they were notified by email. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- ORDERING PROCESS
When using the online store, the Customer's order is validated according to the terms described below. This validation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. Each order will only be processed after payment has been accepted.

This payment is made directly on the online payment platform. Credit card payments on the site are completely secure and guaranteed by Payplug.
After validation of the payment method by the customer, the order will be finalized and validated definitively and irrevocably as proof of a sales contract between the Customer and LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR.
- PAYMENT
Full payment must be made by the customer at the time of ordering. Under no circumstances may payments be considered as deposits or down payments. All orders are payable in euros.
Online credits or codes are issued exclusively by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR and can only be used on its website. Codes are valid for the period indicated when the specific code is issued.
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
By credit card. The following credit cards are accepted on the website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Via Payplug.
The Customer guarantees to LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when registering the order.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Customer or in the event of a payment incident.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Client's official identity document for any payment by bank card.
As part of our efforts to combat online fraud, information relating to your order may be shared with third parties for verification. Your credit card payment details are protected and encrypted by our payment provider.
5.1. Payment methods
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR verifies all orders that have been validated on its site in order to protect the company against abusive and fraudulent practices.
Your payment is protected by 3D Security, which provides an additional layer of authentication. During the payment process, the issuing bank will determine whether the cardholder's identity is verified or if further authentication is required. If so, the issuing bank will verify the cardholder's identity via a one-time SMS access code or other means.
5.2. Payment Security
Credit card payments on the website are secure. Payment data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
When paying by bank card, the customer will need to provide the following information securely:

- DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
The invoice for an order can be downloaded and printed from the confirmation email the Customer receives. The billing address on the invoice will be the one chosen by the Customer.
Failure to comply with the procedures described below will not give rise to any claim from the Client.
6.1. Delivery Methods
The products are delivered as follows:
France: Standard Colissimo delivery with signature confirmation, which can take up to 5 business days.
Europe: Standard Colissimo with signature required, delivery time may take up to 10 business days
Rest of the world: Standard Colissimo with signature confirmation is generally used and can take up to 30 business days. We also use DHL when standard delivery services are not possible.
Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In accordance with Article L.121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, the customer will receive their order within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
Standard delivery is free for all orders. The product will not be delivered to hotels or P.O. boxes. Delivery times are estimates only. LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR strives to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR will inform the Customer of the order's progress via email and through the Customer's account during the shipment preparation process. Once the product has been shipped, LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR will provide the Customer with a tracking number so they can track their order from departure to arrival on the carrier's website. This information will also be updated in the Customer's account.
In the event of absence, the buyer or recipient of the ordered products will receive a delivery notice, after which they must contact the delivery service to arrange collection. It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm this with the delivery service. As delivery is handled by a third-party provider, LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR informs the Customer that it cannot be held liable under any circumstances if the non-performance or improper performance of this obligation is attributable to the Customer, to an unforeseeable or insurmountable event, or to a case of force majeure.
There can be no dispute regarding delivery if the package appears to have been delivered, as the carrier's computer system is final.
6.2. Delivery times
For any delivery outside of France, any import duties, taxes, and fees that may be levied are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be entirely borne by the customer. These declarations and payments are not the responsibility of LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR.
Furthermore, it is the Client's responsibility to make the necessary declarations for the importation of the products.
6.3. Product Receipt
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and ensure that the number of items and their condition are correct. In case of any dispute, they must report it to the carrier by noting any reservations on the delivery slip and inform LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR by email.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products for a refund without having to justify any reasons.
Products must be returned to LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR, in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), properly sealed, and accompanied by the signed return slip according to the procedure described below within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same credit card used by the Customer for the initial transaction within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, subject to compliance with the aforementioned conditions.
- GUARANTEE
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR, in its capacity as a professional seller, guarantees that the products conform to their intended use and do not present any defects or hidden flaws that would render them dangerous or unsuitable for their normal use. [...]
- RETENTION OF TITLE
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR retains ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price by the customer.
- RESPONSIBILITY
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability due to force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly affecting transport and communication services. LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR will not be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. [...]
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR retains all intellectual property rights to the website, including but not limited to logos, symbols, bottles, packaging, photographs, and videos appearing on the website and/or on the products. It is prohibited to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use, in whole or in part, any of these elements without the express permission of LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR.
The same applies to any combination or conjunction with any other trademark, symbol, logo, and, more generally, any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo. The same applies to any copyright, design, model, and patent that is owned by LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR or for which LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR holds the rights.
- FORCE MAJEURE
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR's performance of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions will be suspended in the event of force majeure. Specifically, the following are considered force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually recognized by French courts: blockages of transportation or supply routes, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning; and the interruption of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to the customer.
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to such events deemed to be beyond its control. If the suspension of LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR's obligations continues for more than ninety (90) days, the Customer has the right to cancel the order and LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR will refund the order.
- PARTIAL DISABILITY
If any clause of these general terms and conditions is held to be null and void or unenforceable, the other clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
- NON-WAIVER
The fact that one party does not invoke a breach by the other of one of its obligations does not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke it subsequently.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LA PALETTE DU PARFUMEUR reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions. The new terms and conditions will apply to orders placed after they are published online.
- PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA POLICY
